Plain Dutch Weave Highflow

The "highflow" designation is earned by this classic plain dutch weave due to its considerably higher flow rate compared to other weaves. This is achieved by using a significantly thinner weft thread that theoretically doubles the pore openings.

This is also linked to a much higher contaminant retention capacity. Although the filter fineness is similar to that of a normal plain dutch weave, the flow rate is considerably higher – hence the name Highflow. With a filter effective cross-section of 28% to 42%, depending on specifications, PACO's HF plain dutch weave is almost unrivalled at the top of comparable filter finenesses. This optimum performance is based on the statistically increased probability of the pore levels being included in the solids separation.
