Every screening machine is different. Every screened product needs to be separated individually. And each screening has its own specific requirements. That is why PACO does not just rely on its knowledge of the screen cloths it produces, but also analyses the entire screening process. Tailor-made solutions for each type of screening machine, selection of the most suitable mesh, knowledge of the behaviour of the material to be screened, understanding of the needs and expectations of the screening machine operators – all this and much more is part of the process.

The metal wire cloth, manufactured in-house, is the centrepiece of every PACO hooked screen. This is complemented by tension edges designed according to individual requirements, the most suitable fastening technology, special features such as rubber or silicone lip seals, reinforcements with polyurethane foils, baffle plates, deflectors, support fabrics, etc.

In close cooperation with the machine manufacturer and/or the user, PACO supplies everything according to specifications from a single source – in leading PACO quality and with the all-inclusive PACO customer service. All PACO hooked screens are optimised for their specific purpose – with regard to material, design and processing. Whether transverse or longitudinal tensioners, they always offer reliable performance with a long service life. They can be easily rescreened, efficiently cleaned and quickly replaced.
