Herringbone Twilled Weave

Particularly in filter technology, a frequently used weave form is the pointed or alternating twill, also known as herringbone twill. It was developed to compensate for the diagonal shift that occurs with standard twill weaves.

Thanks to high-precision PACO production technology, there is almost no measurable mesh change even in the alternating ("zigzag") area of the herringbone twilled weave. This is why it is the method of choice where precise straight running of mesh paths is required without the need for prior mechanical stretching.
