Simple - but proven!

Our flat filters are made from single or multi-layer cloth in a wide range of shapes and can be supplemented with laminates or metal fibre cloths. Depending on the size, shape, quantity and customer requirements, the shapes are cut, punched or plasma / laser-cut in our own plant (see punched parts).

Depending on the desired design, the stamped parts can be provided with single or multi-layer edgings. These often serve as seals and are usually referred to as flat filters. Another variant is with spot welds. This has at least two filter layers.

We are happy to meet your requirements with respect to cleanliness and flatness.

Flat filters are available in any configuration. We manufacture individually according to the wishes of our customers: with edging, spot-welded, flanged or crimped (compressed edge zone).

We select the right solution for your application from a wide range of PACO metal wire meshes, metal fibre cloths, cloth laminates or perforated sheets. We not only produce the entire range of standard screens and shaped filters required for this market, but also customise individual items or small batches through to high-volume automated production runs.

Together with our partners, we can also provide plastic coatings.
